Meet our new Codenames—this time with an adventurous twist! Coming out in Q3 2026.

‍Codenames: Critical Role Adventures is a unique take on Codenames that isn’t just a reskin—and while the core of the clue-giving stays the same, we’ve added new layers to make this a whole new Codenames experience.

This game is fully cooperative, with one GM leading their party through missions, each having their own goals and rules that tweak the standard Codenames gameplay.

Choose three out of seven iconic Critical Role characters to embark on the adventure. Heroes have their own character sheets (to track XP, HP, and equipped items) and cardboard miniatures that are placed on the words during guessing. And yes, there is a D20 included in the box, as characters must pass skill checks to see how well (if at all) their abilities are executed.
